Sept 20, keynote about communities for "non-profits"

I was happy to open a day-long meeting of non-governmental and non-profit organizations with the OSF Foundation. We talked about community cooperation as the use of principles not only to build groups around organizations, but also to work with people or entire ecosystems. And at the end, we played the famous video about the "first follower", which is almost even more important than the founder of the community.
