Panelist at the FutureEdu conference on the topic of the threat of technology in education. At one point, I blurted out: "First of all, let's all calm down a bit", which is a sentence I would never say to my child... but here it was meant in the sense of "Let's not take it so seriously and let's not exaggerate the demands on ourselves, children, parents, teacher". During the break, people came up to me saying that this was exactly what they needed to hear. We need more peace within ourselves!
