Seeing things differently
A unique inspirational meeting and workshop that, in a playful and approachable way, opens up space for people to look at the world, work and themselves from a new angle and gain new sources of inspiration and stability in their own lives. The meeting is a place for intersection of the worlds of unusual photographs of our world, innovative principles of cooperation from the world of technological leaders, and experiences with finding opportunities in life and work.
The connecting element of the 3-5 hour meeting is the ability to see things differently: in the world, at work, in oneself. This is extremely useful in the current turbulent times, because it opens up in people a more creative approach to the world, a greater desire to see change as an opportunity, and at the same time find sources of support in oneself and the environment.
The program is ideal for teams looking for a shared development experience, for managers who want a new perspective and specific techniques, and for employees who want to gain energy and a desire to try things differently.
This combination is only possible thanks to the powerful authentic story of Daniel France: an internationally awarded photographer published in National Geographic, former global manager of Google, and long-time guide to people in their development.

Structure
We will explore three different perspectives in three consecutive parts.
We will always fine-tune their focus and length together with you to suit your needs.

1// See the world differently
Discovering unexpected details and connections through drone photography. A playful exercise in which participants search for new meanings in chaos, and examples from the author's photography workshop on how to expand your own view of the world.

2// See work differently
Examples and principles from companies that operate unusually and yet effectively — practical insights from Google, thanks to which participants themselves find new ideas for cooperation, translated into the language of an ordinary team. (Specific techniques and tools can be added for management.)

3// See yourself differently
A safe space to discover what fulfills a you, what makes you strong, and what gives you meaning — and to find support and a clear point in the midst of changes.
Fine Art, global companies and people development
I have over 20 years of experience leading projects in education, IT, and community building. I was at the birth of one of the largest community initiatives for developers in the world (Google Developer Groups) and later led other global programs at Google, where I worked for 13 years, six of which as a Global Program Manager. As a long-time consultant, lecturer, and mentor, I help companies and nonprofits connect people and communities — currently also part of my time as an internal consultant at Česká spořitelna. I am currently using my experience with technology adoption in the topic of AI adoption in companies.
In addition, I am an internationally awarded drone photographer, winner of Czech and world photography awards, including repeated awards in Czech Nature Photo. I have had two solo and numerous group exhibitions, and my photographs have been published in various media, including National Geographic.
